About Us
AndWhich was founded by two longtime friends, Jannine and Natasha, who share a vision of helping women re-enter the workforce with dignity, support, and opportunity. Both of us have experienced the challenges of balancing family, career, and personal growth, and we know firsthand how difficult it can be to find meaningful work that aligns with both skills and life circumstances.
We started AndWhich to create a nonprofit space where women could gain access to virtual assistant roles, training, and mentorship—while also giving small businesses and solopreneurs access to reliable, professional support. By connecting talent with opportunity, we’re building more than just a service; we’re building a community that thrives on shared growth.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: empower women, strengthen small businesses, and use technology to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity.
